Option 1
Option 1 includes daily oral medications, phentermine and low-dose HCTZ, which you receive from your pharmacy, and weekly injections of Lipo-B if you choose.
What is Lipo-B? It is an injection of compounds that help release fat throughout the body. These compounds are known for facilitating fat burning and therefore weight loss. Lipo-B additionally includes vitamin B12 which is essential for metabolism and energy production and aids in the growth of healthy blood cells, nerve cells, and proteins.

How does the Option 1 program work?
At your initial visit, you’ll have a consultation with our provider with InBody scan. You’ll also have your baseline labs* drawn, receive prescriptions for phentermine and HCTZ, and receive our meal plan** as well as have your first lipo-B injection. You should increase your physical activity and follow our meal plan. You may come to the clinic weekly for Lipo-B injections if you wish.
These medications should not be stopped suddenly. You will need to be weaned off them based on a set schedule should you decide to stop the program.
Who should NOT participate in the Option 1 program?
This program is not an option if you have heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, arrythmia or palpitations, coronary artery disease, diabetes, decreased kidney function/CKD, an overactive thyroid, or glaucoma.
It is also not for women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
What is an InBody scan?
InBody 750 measures your body composition so you can see and track changes in muscle mass, fat mass, and body fat percentage. It uses an advanced bioelectric analysis with direct segmental measurements. It does not use estimations based on gender, age, ethnicity, or body shape, which means it provides more accurate results.
What is the cost of Option 1?
Your initial visit is $200. This includes InBody scan, labs*, prescriptions, and our meal plan**.
Each monthly follow-up visit is $150. This includes updated weigh-in, wellness scan (if applicable), and new prescriptions. You may come to the clinic weekly for Lipo-B injections if desired. Quarterly, you will get a new InBody scan, labs, and possibly EKG.
*Our labs are sent to Quest and Labcorp. You may receive a bill from them. We can give them your insurance information to apply to this bill.
**Our meal plan includes supplementation with Pharmanex LifePak subscription that you will purchase via their website and pay for monthly. You may substitute with a quality vitamin.
Option 2
Option 2 includes weekly injections of a generic medication that is FDA-approved for weight loss called Wegovy (semaglutide). This glucagon-like peptide receptor agonist (GLP-1) medication has been shown to cause significant weight loss, much greater than with oral medications. Studies have revealed excellent long-term effects similar to some weight loss surgeries.

How does the option 2 program work?
At your initial visit, you’ll have a consultation with our provider with InBody scan. You’ll also have your baseline labs* drawn and receive our meal plan.** You should increase your physical activity and follow our meal plan.
Your medication is called semaglutide. Semaglutide injections are done weekly. The medicine is injected into subcutaneous areas such as the lower abdomen, love handles, and back of arm with a very small needle. You will be taught to perform these injections on yourself in our clinic.
*Our labs are sent to Quest and Labcorp. You may receive a bill from them. We can give them your insurance information to apply to this bill.
**Our meal plan includes supplementation with Pharmanex LifePak subscription that you may purchase via their website and pay for monthly. You may substitute with a quality vitamin.

You can visit wegovy.com for a wealth of information regarding this medicine. This medication is very expensive and most insurances do not cover them – it is VERY difficult to get preauthorization.
What is the cost of option 2?
We have a certified 503b compounding pharmacy that sends semaglutide to the clinic in vials. We will separate the medication into syringes for you to administer at home. The cost of this medication is expensive and is in addition to the monthly fees for the program. The fee for this program is $500 per month.
Who should NOT participate in this program?
This program is not an option for you if you or anyone in your family has a history of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or if you have a condition called Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). You may have adverse effects if you have pancreas or kidney issues, history of type 2 diabetes AND diabetic retinopathy, depression, suicidal thoughts, or mental health issues. You should not take semaglutide if you are already taking other medications to treat diabetes including sulfonylureas or insulin.
You should not use semaglutide if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
Option 3
Option 3 includes injections of a generic medication that is FDA-approved for weight loss called Zepbound (tirzepatide) or Mounjaro. This medication is a glucagon-like peptide receptor agonist (GLP-1) and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP). It has been shown to cause significant weight loss, much greater than with oral medications. Studies have revealed excellent long-term effects similar to some weight loss surgeries. Studies have shown decreases in cholesterol and blood pressure as well.

Your medication is called tirzepatide. Tirzepatide injections are done weekly. The medicine is injected into subcutaneous areas such as the lower abdomen, love handles, and back of arm with a very small needle. You will be taught to perform these injections on yourself in our clinic.
